Three Albums. One Signal.

From the 2017 debut to the 2024 release: three full-length albums from the National Security Band.

Critical Sound Theory – 2024

With Critical Sound Theory, National Security Band became a three-piece and rebuilt their sound from the ground up. It's a concept record about how technology shapes daily life and where human evolution is heading. Its eight tracks move from grinding riffs to sweeping psychedelic passages, the band's most complete statement yet.

Tracklist: Agastopia · Without You · Indignant Sheep · AI Has No Soul · Humans Can Not Apply · Far Cry · Internecion · The Reversion

Biomimicry – 2020

Recorded at Catalyst Recording Studios in Charlotte, NC, Biomimicry looks at a humanity being remade by media, artificial intelligence and technology. Over seven tracks and 38 minutes it covers robotic wars, time manipulation and parallel universes. It reached listeners just as the world turned upside down, and it has only become more relevant since.

Tracklist: Tower of Eden · Down · Wired · Highway One · Back Way · War Criminals · The Scourge

Total Information Awareness – 2017

The debut that started it all. Total Information Awareness is a concept album about surveillance, prophecy and control, from Edgar Cayce and Nostradamus to a tribute to the victims of 9/11. It closes with “End Tidal,” the first song the band ever wrote: a wordless piece with an unmistakable message.

Tracklist: The Watchers · Fire · Invasive Species · Twelve Below · Drone and the Machine · There Was a Time? · Final Hour · Invasion · Eleven · California · End Tidal
